Pomanders

There has been a sweet aroma coming from the the Year 4 classrooms this week as the children have been making pomanders as part of their Tudor history lessons. A must have in Tudor times, the pomander was carried to help make the owner smell nice and to ward off bad smells and infections. Click on the photographs below to see more images.
